I’ve yet to meet a Post Producer who would go on a Reality show themself. We assure ourselves that we are better than our casts. We may be locked in dark and sometimes mice-infested offices, working 10 hour shifts, and as freelancers, we are doing it without healthcare, vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, or even the assurance of continued employment, but at least we have our pride!
